BrainSparks ("we", "our", or "the app") is committed to protecting the privacy of children and families. This policy explains how we handle information in our app.
BrainSparks does NOT collect, store, or transmit any personal information. All game progress, records, and settings are stored locally on your device only and are never sent to any server.
BrainSparks is designed for children ages 5-12. We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We do not:
Game progress, high scores, badges, and settings are saved locally on your device using standard app storage. This data stays on your device and is removed if you uninstall the app.
BrainSparks does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or data collection services.
BrainSparks works entirely offline. No internet connection is required to use any feature of the app.
